Terms & Conditions – Laser Kombat

Payments are taken in full at the time of booking.
To transfer the date/time of your mission a £10 transfer fee is payable at the time of changing the date.
Please note we only accept debit & credit cards. No cash, cheque, or American Express payments will be accepted.
All bookings are non-refundable. But you can move your booking to an alternate date.
Following your online party booking, your party is non-refundable even if fewer guests attend the party. But you can move your booking to an alternate date.
Please note we do not cater for allergies, if your child or a guest has an allergy we would suggest that you bring their own food along.

Please arrive a maximum of 15 minutes before your mission starts, as all guests go through to the mission briefing room together at the time your mission is due to start.
Please note that all details held on file by Laser Kombat are for our sole use only and will not be shared with any third parties.
All party guests must wear comfortable clothing & trainers (regardless of age & gender) – MUST BE COMFORTABLE AND COOL.
Parents, it is up to you to keep watch of your children!
Please note that parents/guardians are solely responsible for the children on the mission.
Parties are not exclusive use, therefore other children aged 6 to 15 years old and occasionally adults may be present and playing during your visit. If you were interested in an exclusive use please contact us at info@laserkombat. co.uk – where possible we will try to group age groups accordingly but we cannot guarantee this.
We have taken every reasonable step to control risks through the design, maintenance, and operation of the Laser Kombat battlefield. However it is impossible to eliminate such risks completely whilst providing a stimulating environment and – parents/guardians and organisers must recognise and accept this risk.
Finally, you and all your guests must vacate the building at the end of your mission time. Please arrive a maximum of 15 minutes before your mission starts, as all guests go through to the mission briefing room together at the time your mission is due to start.
